The evening will include a chance to connect with other members, hear about the past year, celebrate our community, and learn what’s ahead for ultimate in Waterloo Region. Enjoy your first drink on us, along with some snacks to enjoy!

Interested in joining the WODS Board of Directors? Please indicate that in your RSVP form. Nominations will also be accepted during the meeting. After the AGM, specific Board roles will be determined at the first meeting of the newly elected Board. You can review Board position descriptions here.

Members who are unable to attend may appoint another WODS member as their proxy to vote on their behalf. Please complete the proxy form and send it to secretary@wods.ca no later than Sunday, November 15 at 10 pm.
