We are hosting pick-up ultimate every Sunday afternoon this fall from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Woodside Park (Kitchener, ON). Players of all skill and experience levels are invited to attend.
Format will be depending on attendance.
Note: Pickup will be cancelled unless a minimum of 8 players confirm attendance.
September 7, 2025 to October 26, 2025 Pick-up
- Time: 3:00pm-5:00pm
- Location: Woodside Park (Kitchener, ON
- Cost: $5/week or $30 for all 8 weeks (must have 2025 WODS membership)
What to bring:
- Water bottle (there are no refill stations on site)
- Appropriate clothes and shoes (cleats, if you have them)
- A light (white) and dark(black) jersey/shirt, if possible
- A frisbee if you would like, but not required

- Participants must be at least 16 years old as of September 7, 2025. Individuals under this age may contact leagues@wods.ca to discuss an exception.
- We have updated our waivers. All participants are required to review carefully and complete them prior to registration (you must use the links to sign the waivers before you can see the registration link).
Membership Requirement
- All players must have a 2025 WODS Membership ($10, purchased separately here).
- Your membership covers all WODS leagues and events for the year.
- Already a Winter Friday 4v4 player? You already have a membershipâno need to buy another!
