WODS is excited to offer youth programming again this spring and summer! Registration is currently open for two programs: a spring league for children ages 9-18, and a summer league for five age groups, spanning ages 2-18. All programming is offered in accordance with provincial regulations for youth sport.
Spring Youth League, Ages 9-18
This program is intended to introduce and develop youth in ultimate frisbee in a fun and safe environment, and help prepare athletes for the new year. Activities will be appropriate for beginners and more experienced players, with a high ratio of coaches to youth: we intend for everyone to have a tailored experience.
Games for all ages will run beginning Sunday March 29 until Sunday May 10 (excluding April 5, Easter weekend).
Bantam and Junior will each have 40 spots available.
Spring Bantam Program (Ages 9-13) Details:
- Ages: 9 to 13
- When: Sunday afternoons, between 4:00-6:00pm.
- Sunday March 29 until Sunday May 10 (excluding April 5, Easter weekend)
- Cost: $70 per player

Spring Junior Program (Ages 14-18) Details:
- Ages: 9 to 13
- When: Sunday afternoons, between 2:00-4:00pm.
- Sunday March 29 until Sunday May 10 (excluding April 5, Easter weekend)
- Cost: $70 per player

Summer Youth Leagues, 2 – 18 year olds
This program is a great way for youth to learn and improve their ultimate frisbee skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our coaches create a tailored experience to help players build their skills while enjoying the game.
Program Details:
- Ages: Five age groups for youth aged 2 to 18
- When: Monday evenings
- Session 1: May 25 – June 29 (6 weeks)
- Session 2: July 6– August 24 (7 weeks; no session on August 3)
- Cost: one session $90 per player; two sessions $140 per player
- Bonus: Players receive a disc (or donate to a school) and a reversible mesh tank top
- Location: Kiwanis Park, 1000 Kiwanis Park Dr, Kitchener, ON N2K 3N8

Time: Final times will be determined after registration closes, but last year’s times were:
- Ages 2-3 from 6:00-6:30 pm
- Ages 4-5 from 6:00-6:45 pm
- Ages 6-8 from 6:30-7:30 pm
- Older age groups from 6:30-8 pm
