WODS Summer Leagues – Registration now open!
Join us this summer for one of our adult leagues! Whether you’re new to Ultimate or looking for a competitive game, we have a league for you.
Summer League Options
- Tuesdays: Recreational/Intermediate Mixed 7v7
- Thursdays: Intermediate/Competitive Mixed 7v7
All leagues start at 6:30 PM and follow USA Ultimate rules. Games are played at Kiwanis Park, Kitchener.
League Details
Tuesday Recreational/Intermediate Mixed 7v7
- Season: May 19 – August 25 (15 weeks)
- Format: Co-ed 7v7 using Gender Rule A (ABBA Format)
- Registration: Team or Individual sign-ups available
- Game Length: 2-hour games starting at 6:30 PM
- Cost: $1350 per team ($1400 after May 1) or $95 per individual ($90 after May 1)
Individual registrants will be placed on a team. If a full team can’t be formed and you can’t be placed on another team, you will receive a full refund.
Thursday Intermediate/Competitive Mixed 7v7
- Season: May 21 – August 27 (15 weeks)
- Format: Co-ed 7v7 using Gender Rule A (ABBA Format)
- Registration: Team or Individual sign-ups available
- Game Length: 2-hour games starting at 6:30 PM
- Cost: $1350 per team ($1400 after May 1)
How to Register
- Sign up at zuluru.wods.ca/events
- All players must have a 2026 WODS Membership ($12, purchased separately here). Already a Winter Friday 4v4 player? You already have a membership—no need to buy another!
- Deadline: Registration closes one week before each league starts (or when full).
- Payment: Team captains, please e-transfer your fee to treasurer@wods.ca after registering. Individuals, please pay online via PayPal as part of the registration process.
