Fall Ultimate Leagues with WODS – 2025

WODS is excited to offer a full lineup of mixed Ultimate leagues this fall, with something for every skill level:

🥏 Tuesday Coached Skill Development Program
A 1-hour mixed coached training session led by an advanced-level player, ideal for beginners and intermediate players looking to build confidence and skill. September 2 – October 28, 2025 (9 weeks). **Register as an individual for $30 per player**
Woodside Park, Kitchener (outdoors) |  6:00–7:00 PM

🥏 Tuesday Night Hat Leagues – Open & Women’s
Immediately following the skill session, join either the Open or Women’s Hat League for fun, spirited play. Sign up as an individual and get placed on a balanced team. September 2 – October 28, 2025 (9 weeks) **Register as an individual for $50 per player**
Woodside Park, Kitchener (outdoors) | 7:15–8:45 PM

🥏 Thursday Intermediate/Competitive League
For intermediate/experienced teams seeking faster-paced, high-level competition. September 4 – October 30, 2025 (9 weeks) **Register as a team for $700 per team**
Woodside Park, Kitchener (outdoors) | 6:30–8:30 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM

🥏 Friday Indoor 4s League
Fast, fun 4-on-4 indoor Ultimate, perfect for staying active as the weather cools. September 5 to December 12, 2025 (15 weeks) **Register as a team for $900 per team**
Com Dev, Cambridge (indoor) | 1hr games at 9pm, 9:30pm, 10pm or 10:30pm

Payment:

• Please e-transfer team payments to treasurer@wods.ca after registering (individual registration by e-transfer or PayPal)
• Fee assistance is available for players who would like to participate in WODS’ league programs but who may not have the financial means to do so. Please contact Jon, our president, at president@wods.ca for more information.

Membership Requirement

• All players must have a 2025 WODS Membership ($10, purchased separately here).
• Your membership covers all WODS leagues and events for the year.

Registration: 

• Opens Friday August 1, 2025 at 5pm ET
• Closes August 31 (or when leagues are full).
• Please note that teams’ spots are confirmed in order of receipt of payment NOT by registration date.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old as of league start. Individuals under this age may contact leagues@wods.ca to discuss an exception.
• We have updated our waivers. All participants are required to review carefully and complete them prior to registration (you must use the links to sign the waivers before you can see the registration link).
