You've seen the Football trick shots. You've seen the Basketball trick shots. Now it's time for Ultimate trick shots.

Free skills clinics open to all WODS members ($5 for Non WODS members - participants must register an account on the WODS website and sign waiver form) will be held in the coming weeks.

I am putting out this call for volunteers to all ultimate clubs across Ontario, to grow the sport we all love and raise Ontario ultimate to a higher level.

Maverick will be running two men's clinics in Guelph at the Centennial Park dome (map).

As announced in October 2009, WODS and PPF are pleased to host a female hat ulti tournament Saturday, March 20th starting at 8am.  'Read more' for additional details.

As a start to 2010 Andy and I thought it would be a good idea to book some gym time so everyone who wants to tour this summer can be in top form for the oncoming season. We're holding a fitness training hour once a week, starting January 19 and ending Apr 13, at 10:15pm on Tuesday nights, for men and women.
