Welcome to WODS

Welcome to the Waterloo Organization of Disc Sports. WODS was established in 2003 by a small group of local disc enthusiasts with the goal of promoting interest and awareness of disc sports in Waterloo Region. 

In early years, the focus was on establishing a self-supporting Ultimate league. This has now expanded to three successful leagues throughout the year, with approximately 1,400 registered members and up to 500 playing in any particular league at a time. In addition,WODS supports and encourages several locally-based competitive touring teams, who travel throughout Ontario and Canada to represent Waterloo Region.

More recently, WODS has worked toward expanding local interest in disc golf and goaltimate.
