As the season draws to a close it's time to have an end of season hat tournament!  Sign up individually and you will be placed on a team for the day.  Here are the particulars:

Mixed-Up 2009 was held in Ottawa Ontario.  Many players from the tri-cities area where at the tournament.  Liquid came in second place after narrowly loosing to the final Onyx, 8-10.

Congratulations to "Flea" (Brian Garrison), a regular player on Metaphysical Booty, on scoring the first ace (hole-in-one) at the new Chicopee course.

The Liquid was flowing on the weekend at Kiwanis Park, as the local Frisbee team clinched the provincial mixed title at the Ontario Ultimate Frisbee championships.

A local team won the provincial championships in ultimate Frisbee yesterday and heads for the nationals in Winnipeg.

Liquid beat Toronto-based Monster 13-11 in a 90-minute game at the Ontario Ultimate Frisbee Championships at Kiwanis Park this past weekend. 

Thank you to all those who entered the design competition, we had a lot of competitive entries but at the end of the day we had to go with only one design. 

Now that the WODS league is well into the season and you the captains have had a chance to develop your team. I would like to offer you some assistance with your teams.
