PPF 2010 – The year of the Bee

PPF is entering its third competitive summer this year. For the past two years the team was comprised of friends from around the province that had a passion and grit for women’s ultimate. We have held our own in the scene, but we feel this year is our break through with the dedication, new talent and passion PPF will exemplify. This summer our focus will move from a “pick-up” team to a more centralized team, meaning tryouts and practices will be mandatory this year. We are excited at the opportunity to have enough solid women in the area this summer to build a unified team that will compete at the highest level.

Our practices will be held on Tuesday nights throughout the summer with potentially another night for a fitness plan (likely Thursday). The location will be in the Waterloo-Guelph area.

Tentative tryout weekend April 24-25
Tentative tryouts during the week are April 20, 22, 27 and 29 

There is a women’s tournament on March 20 that will be at COMDEV and PPF will be helping to run it. If you are interested in touring it would be a great way to get your name out there and scope out your competition!
