Active Diversions Adult (18+) Co-ed Snow Ultimate Tournament

Date: Saturday February 20th
Time: 9am-5pm
Location: Orangeville District Secondary School, Orangeville, ON
Cost: $250/ Team (includes guarantee of 3 games and an article of tournament clothing)
Maximum 8 teams per division

Three different divisions:

Competitive 1
- Experienced Tournament Teams or players
- Will play 7‛s UPA rules
- Must have 3 of each gender on the field at all times
Competitive 2
- Some Tournament experience
- Will play 7‛s UPA Rules
- Must have 3 of each gender on the field at all times
Recreational
- No or little experience
- Will play 5‛s Active Diversions Ultimate Rules
- Must have 2 of each gender on the field at all times

Lightning

An easy-to-remember rule to follow if you see lightning - it's called the 30-30 rule.

If you can count thirty stalls after you see lightning, then the lightning is far enough away that you can continue to play your game. If the lightning is 'closer' than thirty stall counts, you should immediately discontinue play and seek appropriate cover quickly.
The second 30 refers to 30 minutes. You should wait for half an hour until after the last lightning is observed before resuming your game.
