As a start to 2010 Andy and I thought it would be a good idea to book some gym time so everyone who wants to tour this summer can be in top form for the oncoming season. We're holding a fitness training hour once a week, starting January 19 and ending Apr 13, at 10:15pm on Tuesday nights, for men and women.
Training will be held in a RIM park gym, so bring runners.
Payment is dependent on how many people come out, but shouldn't be more than 4 bucks a shot.
We'll be running great stuff to help get you in tune for the summer touring schedule, such as:
- Intervals
- Core and strength
- Agility
- Plyometrics
- Short disc skills (small ball)
