Ok-throw-berfest Disc Golf Tournament at Chicopee!!

WODS and Chicopee are pleased to announce the first annual Ok-throw-berfest Disc Golf Tournament, happening at the new course at Chicopee on October 10 2009. This tournament is open to all and will host pro, amateur, and recreational divisions.

In particular, newer players should feel welcome and comfortable to register to play in the recreational division. This will be a non-competitive division with the primary aim of giving newer and non-competitive players the chance to play together in a tournament-like atmosphere but with no pressure for performance. Just come out and enjoy the experience, and see other experienced players compete for disc golf glory!

More experienced players can consider the pro and amateur divisions.

Registration fees vary for each division, but start as low as $23 for the recreational division. Registration includes two rounds of golf, morning refreshments, a full Oktoberfest-themed lunch, cash prizes in the pro and am divisions, and merchandice prizes in the recreational division.
