Beginner/Intermediate Clinic

There is a lot of running around in ultimate, especially when you're trying to get open on your defender. Sometimes it can feel like you're never getting the disc no matter how hard you run. What's the best way to cut? And is all that running around necessary? At this clinic, you'll learn some of the strategies that the best players use when cutting (ie. receiving).

Who: Ladies & Men, beginners and intermediate ultimate players. But everyone is welcome!

Coaching/Captaining Clinic

A cohesive team led by knowledgeable captains and coaches is important in ultimate, including league teams! Learn some of the techniques and strategies that Maverick uses to create a united and organized team.

Who: Ideal for captains of league teams who want an edge, touring team captains. Great for those who just want to learn more.

The summer is approaching, and it's time to gear up for touring! This clinic will get you back into the swing of things and help get you ready for tryouts.
