Calling all ladies to start the new year off right with a series of Women's Clinics hosted by PPF.

Time: All clinics are from 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: CORE Sports and Fitness (401 New Dundee Road, Kitchener, ON)
Cost: $10 for WODS members / $15 for non-WODS members
