Individual players who don't yet have a team for summer league can sign up to the "individuals" team. Captains looking for more players to flesh out their teams can start there.
Use this forum to help the process if you want. Post your name and what you are looking for in a team, plus a discussion of your skills or playing style. Captains can post here too, to help find another handler, striker, etc.

I'm lost...
Hey everyone, I'm thinking about playing in the WODS league this summer, but I can't seem to find much information about it, like what days and times the games are played, or where they are. Does it work like TUC where there are multiple days the league is held, or is it a specific day? If someone could point me out to an information page, that'd be most appreciated.
Anyway, I'm looking for a team potentially. I've been playing for about 5 years, I'd say I'm mainly a handler, but I'm fairly versatile. If you're interested in recruiting me, my email is jamesdlamb@gmail.com, and I can really only play a few days a week due to school, so let me know when you play.

There is a link on the homepage with further details on the WODS Summer League (here). The league plays on Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on various fields throughout the city.
If you are interested in playing but do not have a team, I would suggest logging in to 'LeagueRunner', selecting 'List Leagues' >> 'Summer League' and request to be put on the 'Individuals Team'. Some captains may require additional players for their teams and will contact individuals from the Individuals list. Your posting here may also get the ball rolling.

RIM Park
The City of Waterloo also runs a league on Sunday nights at RIM Park. It is more expensive than WODS, and tends to be a little less competitive, but is still enjoyable. If you check the city website at www.city.waterloo.on.ca you should be able to find out more.
