WODS New What?! Ultimate Tournament

Update 3:  Tournament format update.  Five teams for Open and three teams for Women's.

Update 2:  Open division registration is now closed.  If you wish to register for Open please contact tushar@wods.ca first.

Update 1:  Open division is now overfull, please confirm that there is still space before paying us.  A waiting list is available and extra players are welcome to join us on the day of the tournament in case a spot opens up.

What:  Competitive 5 on 5 Hat Tournament.  Open and Women's divisions.

Who:  Competitive Ultimate players.  Limited to first fifty Open, and first thirty Women's players to register AND pay.

When:  January 2nd from 0830 to 1550.

Where:  RIM Park Fieldhouse , Waterloo, ON.

How:  Crazy ideas are good ideas.

Cost: $20/player

After-party:  After the tournament Morty's Pub in Waterloo will be the location of Drinks, Wings, and general food.

Some words:
Hello all, as you've read above WODS will be holding a one day Competitive Open and Women's Hat Tournament in the RIM Park field house.  This tournament is geared towards higher level players that tour and/or are wanting to get a taste of competitive Ultimate.  We expect a good turnout of the top players in this part of the world (Waterloo, London, Hamilton, and Toronto).

Each team will be a hat team comprised of 10 to 11 persons
